After the recent purchase of Ashleigh we were instructed by the new owners to carry out the 1st Phase of the planned upgrading of the property. We took down three leaking chimneys before installing lead trays and then rebuilding the chimney. We reconfigured the rainwater drainage and installed a new land drain around the property in order to stop water penetration.
We repaired and redecorated the existing wood work before installing new guttering and downpipes. Internally we were asked to replace rotten floor joists and cap a well all in preparation for the next phase of work
